When you log in through Patreon, our website securely collects your Patreon user ID, email address, and membership tier status solely to verify your active subscription and grant you access to paid audiobook content.
We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to any third parties. We do not store your data permanently on our servers; it is used temporarily during your active session to serve you the correct content.

1. Individual Licensing Varies Per Book
The copyright and licensing status of the text and audio recording vary for each individual audiobook on this site (both free and paid).
The text may be Public Domain, CC BY-SA 4.0/CC BY 3.0, or fully copyrighted.
The audio recording may be Public Domain, CC BY-SA 4.0/CC BY 3.0, used with the author's explicit permission, or fully copyrighted.
It is the user's responsibility to be aware of the licensing terms of each individual book by looking at the notes provided in them. Please look for the first note after the Preface.
2. Platform Usage Rights vs. Copyright Licensing
The rules below are divided into two separate categories:
A. Copyright Licensing (What you are legally allowed to do with the content itself)
If the audio is copyrighted, your access to it on this website is granted solely for personal, non-commercial streaming use during your active session.
If the text is copyrighted, you may not copy it beyond what is allowed by the copyright holder.
If the material (audio or text) is in the Public Domain, there are no copyright restrictions on your use of it.
If the material (audio or text) is under a CC BY-SA 4.0/CC BY 3.0 License, you must comply with its terms (which require ShareAlike and/or Attribution). No additional copyright restrictions beyond those required by the CC BY-SA/CC BY license are applied.
B. Platform Technical Rules (Apply to ALL audio files, regardless of copyright status)
To protect our server resources and prevent misuse of our hosting infrastructure, you may not:
Redistribute, scrape, or share the direct audio file links from this platform to other websites or services.
Bypass the streaming mechanism to permanently download or archive the files (beyond standard browser caching).
Use automated tools to bulk-extract or harvest our audio files.
3. Paid Content Access
Access to paid/subscription audiobooks is conditional on your active Patreon membership. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, your access to paid content will be revoked.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any content (free or paid) if we determine you have violated these platform usage terms (e.g., by sharing direct file links).
